“When the Lord wants to give us a mission, wants to give us a task, He prepares us. He prepares us to do it well...What is important is the whole journey by which we arrive at the mission the Lord entrusts to us...when the Lord gives a mission, He always has us enter into a process, a process of purification, a process of discernment, a process of obedience, a process of prayer.”
Pope Francis

Novice Master with the Candidates

On Wednesday, 17 July 2019, 6 candidates completed their Canonical Year of Preparatory Formation (Novitiate) in South Africa, St. Joseph’s Delegature. 4 candidates are from Mozambique - part of the Society’s Santa Maria Province, Brazil- while the other two are from the South African Delegature of the Heart of Jesus Province, Germany.

The 6 will proceed with the next level of their formation in the Society of the Catholic Apostolate; 3 are going to ARusha, Tanzania, 1 to Brazil, and 2 will continue in South Africa.

May the love of Christ urge them on, and St. Vincent Pallotti guide and guard them from on high!
